Baan Khun Ya Ayutthaya

This hotel was really centrally positioned and the staff on the reception were there at any hours. The beds had been comfy and the other guests have been generally respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was ok.The air con was off and on, but they fix it. Incredibly wonderful hotel and excellent location. I Absolutely endorse this hotel!

Wonderful location, almost everything is within walking distance. Staff members are super friendly and helpful and speak great English. There are actually activities every single night and it´s a very good way to socializing with people. Rooms and services are ok and towels changed on a daily basis. Only problem was beds are a tiny bit noisy but that’s very minor. Excellent value for the money!

I have stayed for 2 nights with my spouse. Beds were being comfortable and the room was always clean. The personnel were being incredibly helpful and pleasant and every day took care to make us feel good. Rooms are big and also the closet. Bathroom have been pretty clean and also the shower was super cool. Not an exceptionally social hotel however, maybe it was like this all along our stay.
